Really brilliant although the lack of paperwork was a bit strange. I would have liked a receipt that would give me peace of mind in case of any problems and also as evidence for the taxman. Hence 4, not 5, stars.

Phenomenal experience. AppleFX was recommended by an Apple Employee in Sheffiled I took them my 2012 Macbook Pro, and upgraded to a SSD and a new battery. Efficient, good communicators, and certainly better value than a new Mac, Saved me hundreds of pounds.

Thought my Mac had died forever. The service from beginning to end was superb. Brilliant face to face service and had my MacBook Pro fixed within 24 hours. Will use this company again and again as has been better service than I've ever received from Apple Stores. Give them a try and you will see.

I'm really pleased with the repair of my 2017 MacBook Pro. Friendly, fast and fair service. I would definitely recommend AppleFX to anyone looking for a reasonably priced alternative to taking their Mac to an Apple store!

A few days and they fixed my macbook water damaged laptop. David saved my life after being told by Apple my computer was going to cost over 800 to repair and I was better off buying as new one! I paid just over 240 with AppleFX repair that I found on Google and am mighty happy I did. We even bring our laptops here for repair and service now.
